My Role: Created techpacks and released techpacks via Centric PLM to overseas factories and communicated with them daily on BOMs, construction, sourcing, and cost negotiation.

Special Notes: I made sure the techpacks were detailed oriented to reduce the amount of pre pro sample stages to stay on top of production and sample approval with the licensors. I adhered to strict target FOBs from our internal sales teams.
Role Accomplishment: Adhered to strict target FOBs while keeping design quality standards with our retail partners. I created processes to help my internal design team reduce resampling, speeding up the sampling process and approval process, making sure any coordinating styles were using the same material for example.
